I am involved in a one year dispute with Citibank over a dispute with merchandise I did not receive from an offshore merchant.

Citibank legal has just ruled the any card they offer that contains the word "business" on it does not have any federal consumer protection rights. Legal also says a busiess card is only to be used for purchasing business goods, not any cosumer goods.

My case is pending.I purchased a consumer antique.
