Actually, there aren't many opinions. The resident troll has only expressed this. Every site dealing with what state law applies clearly states that the state you signed or currently live, is the state to use in determing the statute of limitations. Although, I question who onws these sites. I'm confused when it it says on your contract that another states law applies. I guess that just applies for taxes. Do yourself a favor. Stay away dfrom credit cards. Pay cash. Youll sleep better
