From what I have learned from this site is that it is suppose be listed on your report as "included in bankruptcy". however in my husband's case (bk7) none of the creditor's ever changed it...they all showed as charged off accounts. So I wrote letters to all three CRA to dispute that the debts should be listed as 'included in bankruptcy'. They replied with willingness to change it but requested copies of the schedule of creditors and a copy of the discharge date. After that they removed some out of date debt and changed the the left overs.

But be aware that if the creditor has changed from the bankruptcy you will have to spell this out to the CRA and match up the accounts...as for us they didn't compare the account to realize that it was included in the bankruptcy under credit company ABC but is now listed as CDF...so they didn't change it. I simply wrote them a letter to explain it was the same debt/account numbers just a different name then listed in the bankruptcy.
