Updated and verified

I recently had a cc and ca for the same account verified on my report. Is having both of these on the report as bad is just one of them. Since equifax verified the info, can i still try to verify it through the mail with the cc company and ca? If they fail to verify with me can i still get it removed from equifax? Also my experian report shows gulf states, osi, and first usa as the same account, thats three items on my report for 1 account, what should i do?
