You are so right! That is why we post on this board - they just don't care. If you sent all the documentation to Equifax, you do not have to wait another 30 days. Send them a demand letter, stating that you have provided adequate proof, and they can remove it now, or "face the consequences" - and get ready to sue them. Have you been denied credit - auto loan, mortgage, credit cards? Then you have damages, and you can get a lawyer and sue for real money.
