You can probably use the FDCPA protection which includes attorneys acting as collection agents to defend yourself on the credit card debt portion,as the TILA was ammended in 1998 to include cc accounts,even for business,(much litigation going on to clarify this) the rest of it has no protection under any consumer protection laws.However, the fact that it was business use doesn't disqualify you from using your State's SOL defense,and you can cetainly try to use the standard cease and desist letters ,as the lawyers may not know the difference between protected consumer debt and unprotected business debt.
