If an original creditor is tryingto reach you for payment arrangemtns and such, are there any guidelines as to when and where they can call? also, if you request for them to only reachyou ata certain location (ie not at work)must they respect that? Also, if there a time frame for how long they must wait before calling again? I talked to two people with in one week and paid them twice yet this morning the same company called and left another message. i talked to one girl yesterday!
