Why Chat, Linda - quick question...

Hello, Why Chat, Linda, and everyone else... Awhile back you both were giving me advice on my dilemna with the Chase Bank's law dept. and the judgment filed against me after "defaulting" on my stipulation with them.
Why Chat, you mentioned that I could file to vacate based on "bad faith" on the basis of the rescission of the ten-day stay...does that count if let's say I was in default of $262.12 and paid $100.00 on 3/8/01 and was to pay the following week the difference, yet when I called to pay, I was told it was too late that a judgement was entered on 3/14/01? I just want to make sure I'm clear.
I will research whatever advice you give, but just wanted to know in which direction to go.
AND, Why Chat, if I can vacate for that reason, please e-mail me that form you mentioned on my previous post??? I live in New York State...
