You asked about judgments,not BK,I gave you the Federal BK guidelines,in Oregon you have to use Oregon rules which limit your cash value in your policy to $8,000. I will look up Oregon judgments exemptions,but as far as I know no State can touch your insurance in a civil action. Fed. Bk link below
