Thanks for your response. I have looked at the reports- the only differences i see are the inquiries - of course, there were inquiries last summer (from the new mortgage and refinance) and then some inquiries from this past february. that's it! ???? Any ideas on the sol for the citibank account (not on any credit reports). Again, I am wondering if they can get a judgement on me for something PAST the sol, even though we were in ch 13...does being in ch 13 waive my sol?
