Maryland has a 3 year SOL, so this ca is in violation of the FDCPA by threatening and bringing legal action that is time-barred. If you go to the site below,it tells how to answer the complaint.(It is from Wash.State but all the courts follow the same form)File a complaint on-line with the FTC and the Ga. AG's office, put the file # for each in your answer to the court.
