I had a copy of my credit report run in the end of February and it was on there. It appeared at the top, and said something about a civil suit being filed, and the date, and in which court. Then at the end of the credit report there was a section marked "public records" and there was a 1 by it. I hate to have this on there. I'll be glad when this is paid off.
