BK is a simple way to get a fresh start if you qualify,doing it early, rather than late prevents all the hassles and aggrevation. CC companies will raise your interest, add late charges and wear you out with dunning calls.The so-called credit repair companies leave you worse off than before you start. Having judgments against you isnot a good idea because they remain on for a long time and can prevent you from getting jobs etc.
