Check out the *Credit Directory* section of this site for a list of prepaid cards. Also, I seem to recall that Thomas Cook Company (which usually does currency exchange, etc.) may have some kind of prepaid Visa available. Maybe call them if they have an office in your area. And, as I understand it, both American Express and Discover Card have a function to generate a one-time-use number for online purchases. You have to have a regular card with them, and the transactions will actually be charged to that (although the merchant will *not* be able to see your regular account number.) Hope this helps.
