The misuse of"anonymous" debit and gift cards by identity thieves has become pandemic.The few that are still issuing them (legally) require id safeguards that are so easily hacked that the true "privacy seekers" wind up less private than before.Put a pseudonym on an existing cc as an au,open an on line e- mail account for access, don't use that cc in your own name.
