Yeah, tell him you are too sick to go to court, and you don't have anything he can get. If he thinks there is something he can get, he should come to your house and discuss it. You can have someone else represent you in court - it doesn't have to be a lawyer. I went for my Mom (traffic ticket) but same principle. Linda
