The term "charged off" is an accounting term for the creditor's situation,not yours. Of course the accounts were charged off by the creditor when you declared BK. They will come off your CRA's 7 years from the filing date,or 3 years prior to the BK removal. No use trying to dispute them off,they are listed in your BK.
