OSI is Gulf States. If you look over the other posts on the board you will see you are not alone. Send them a validation letter - and request that they only contact you via mail. That should take care of the phone calls. Don't talk to them anymore. They always threaten to sue. Be sure to read the Gulf State/OSI posts here and you will get a better idea of how to deal with these bozos. Linda
