I have been getting advice from you regarding Gulf State and I have disputed them through the credit bureaus. I contacted gulf state and they will not send me anything in the mail, (so that I can get their address). They never even contacted us in the first place, but claimed they did with an old address. Anyway is that address for the compliance office where I might send a validation letter? I just have no idea because the supposed account is for at&t in 97 and they gave me 3 different 800 #s to call. Where do i send this letter? Sorry for sounding so helpless, it is just amazing how little control you feel you have and I'm stressed because my husband and I are building a home and Gs is really ruining our credit score(showing 90 days delinquent 5 times since their posting 7/2001, From 7/2001 till now does not even equal 90days times 5).
