Received letter from attorney acting as "local" representative. Sent him certified C&D letter. Letter from 1/98 clearly stated account was "assigned" to WWR as did recent letter. No other contact in intrevening years. I think WWR is based in Ohio, and is owned by attorneys. I never received any account statements from original creditor after 12/97. It seems some law changed around that time & they had to charge off. Delinquet from 7/97.
