Please read a followup sent earlier regarding credit score and buying a home. It is possible to use your spouses score and qualify for a home either without using your credit, or use your spouse as the primary borrower. You will still be on Title, but would not have to be on the Note (Loan). Please email if you have more q's. There are many alternative loan programs available that many people (Mortgage Officers included)do not know exist. It sounds like your situation would not be a problem at all.
