Okay I found WWR - they are a "Creditor's rights" law firm, but they also just do collections. It appears that they actually might have been assigned the debt when it originally became delinquent.

Now what is the name of the local lawyer supposedly representing them. I can't believe that they don't know the SOL. Let me find out about this local lawyer.
