Is it a CC or a Loan?

If it is a credit card then tell them to take a long walk off a short pier. The SOL is four years. Send them a cease and desist and get it removed off your credit report due to age.

If it is a bank loan the cra is correct,. the SOL for a written contract is 15 years. They still cant put it on your report but they will be able to get a judgement.
