I have accumulated credit card of appx.$ 90,000.00, have a home, and a small business, leave in Florida, and recently have started consolidating credit card bills.
However, as of a few days ago I received complaints filed by Chase in county court, and Bank of America (their collection agency)in small claims court. I have been making the payments to the consolidator and have received responses from some of the creditors that they agree with the program. Can you tell me if Chase or Bank of America can put a lien on my home if they win in court, also what is the best approach of defending these pesty law suits.
Many thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out with some solid advise
