Go on line,file a complaint against TU for violation of the FCRA with the FTC and your State's consumer affairs, include copies or reference to the dates on the tu report and the letter of refusal to remove. The TU staffs in their local offices are illiterate and respond to everything with whatever form letter is within reach.
