Telecheck just collects bad check for its clients. If you wrote the check, just pay it off. Telecheck will remove you from its database usually within 48hours of you paying it off.(I wish all CRAs were like this :)) They probobly guarenteed a returned check to a client and just want thier money.

If it isnt yours sile a dispute with them asking for a copy of the cancelled check. also check with your bank to see what the deal is.

Alot of buisnesses use telecheck and you wont be able to write a check to them, until it is cleared up.
