Thank you for the reply. The consolidator I am using is JULIAN CREDIT SERVICES a non-profit organization, in Clearwater. The summons/notice I have received is from an attorney(LAW FIRM) that works or represents Bank of America, this attorney is located in Deerfield Beach, Florida he filed on behalf of Bank of America (complaint shows Bank of America as Plaintiff), the same exists with CHASE but different attorney firm.
