If you are married,living together,the bk court will consider the total situation.Plus any of your creditors could file an exception based on asset concealment.If the debts are all in your name, you may be better off letting them go to judgment.How old are they?When did you FIRST become delinquent on them? You may be past the time (4 years) when they can sue.
