Since what this company did is illegal I would file formal police charges against them for withdrawing money from your account. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEM! Never, ever give your account number to withdraw monies from a checking account. I would seek restitution and damages as well. As far as calling you - there might be some law in your state with regard to phone harassment - especially 31 calls per day. You need to keep a log. And you could ask your phone company to put a tracer on calls to document the harassment - police may be able to charge them with that as well.
