I never said she knew everything or else I wouldn't be here asking. I said she knows more than I do about these kinds of things. Her manager has to keep up with the laws every year because some of their debtors are lawyers themselves, so he tells her things.

Joann, it's New Vision Financial who owns the account now. They then got their lawyers on my ass. What do you mean by "attach debt to anything I own"?
