I had not heard of this company until I went to purchase a new car last week and found out that there was a collection in the amount of $5800.00 for a loan I never took out. The report says that I took out a loan on 2/02 and it was charged off on 3/02 for non-payment. This is on my credit report and it is ruining me. Anyone have any suggestions?
