creditors calling job

This is actually an inquiry for one of my employees. He has a creditor that keeps calling him here at work and when he is not in, they make demands of the other employees, including myself, to either "get him on the phone now" or "to take a messege right now". They are extremly rude and continue to harass anyone they speak to on the phone. I was told by someone that they can not call someone at work if they have been told not to, is this true? Please help, it is going a little to far at this point.
