I have been offered a great job...good pay ect, however the company uses an HR company that leases it's employees from them. In the paper work that I am suppose to sign are the usual stuff W-2, authorization for direct deposit, ect, AND a disclosure that they will check your SSN with a consumer reporting agency. I don't have a problem with them checking, but I do have a big problem if they report what company I work for and worse, how much money I make. Does anyone know if they can or will do this. The leasing company's name is Gevity HR and they are out of Florida. Thanks For The Help Folks!!!
