Ok Razor, that's what I thought. As I had stated earlier in the post, I had already sent a validation/cease and desist calling letter (certified of course) a couple of days before this happened, but apparently, this lady either ignored it or hadn't received it yet.

Would you send another, separate letter, bluffing them about having both conversations recorded (I did say before both calls, "Is it ok if I record this coversation?", then hit the flash button twice so she'd hear a click), then she said "Sure!" before both phone conversations when I told her to put me on her do not call list and that we'd be doing everything in writing from here on out?

Or, would you let it be? If you'd write again, what would you say in the (certified, of course) letter? Demand payment of 1,000 dollars based upon June Tapia's obvious disregard for federal law? Just curious. I'm learning so much on this board you guys! Thanks and keep up the great work and service to your peers!
