I think I would send them a C&D letter (stop contacting me letter) and tell them the debt is not yours, and even if it was, it is way past the SOL. Also tell them if they have anything on your credit report to get it off, because you will sue them if they don't (they're already being sued). They will back down. If they call again, have a little fun with them - they can't really do anything to you. Linda
