I too got a copy of my credit report and had a charge off from Gulfstate Credit of $313, didn't even know who they were. Just recently figured out that they are also the same as OSI Funding Corp, so it shows me of having two charge offs of the same exact thing just different names.
Interesting. I looked up the name on the Better Business Bureau online and there it was.
