Send off a validation letter immeadiatly. Use linda's samples. Include the stipulation that they may only contact you by mail. Send it CRRR.

If they call by phone after they get the letter then make a log each time they call and inform them they are in violation of the FDCPA.

Do not accept computer print outs as proof. Only the paper trail of the assignment and sale of the debt and the credit app bearing your signature.
