I got this judgment against me for a lot less than what was being asked by the creditor, but I'm only receiving social security disability benefits. I have a car and was told that a law officer can take that from me to satisfy the debt. I'm alone. I know no one in this area. I'm disabled and sick. I won't have anyway to get to my doctor's office. Can the court take my car away? She got a judgment for $210 and my car is worth $3,950.
