WHAT are you talking about????? I am working on a case againstTelecheck. There are probaly MANY MANY others who have had their rights violated by Telecheck. This is not advertising and it is certainly not spam! This is a legitmate way to find consumers who have a legitimate claim against Telecheck. Furthermore, I don't appreciate your suggestions of fraud and seeking personal information for improper use. If you read the message, I did not ask for ANY personal information. I merely made an email address available for anyone who wanted to contact me in that way. It seems obvious to me that providing an email address would give someone more confidence that this is not something improper. I'm certainly not hiding behind anything.
