Find out what questions they used to verify identity, and/or establish a password.(they usually ask for mother's maiden name) If your dead roomy gave the wrong answers, you still might be able to prove id theft. Also get a list of whatever was charged, and where they were shipped to.If purchases were made in stores, get copies of signed sales receipts. You should be able to prove id fraud that way.
