Apparently I'm wasting my time with you. I quoted the statute but you can't seem to understand it. You're certainly NOT an attorney so I guess that you don't care about giving bad advice. Is your ego so big that even when faced with the statutory language you refuse to accept that you are wrong??? You resort to childish namecalling and insults. What a pity that you would rather engage in that kind of behavior than learn something.
