OK, do you mean the court says it is satisfied, but the credit report says "not paid?" I can't quite figure it out from your posts.

If this is the case, dispute it with the credit bureau, and send them a copy of the court papers showing that it was paid.

The credit bureaus can report the judgment (satisfied or not) for 7 yrs from the date the judgment against you was obtained. If it has been longer than that, dispute it as "out of date."
