Hmm. If the last activity date was more than 7 yrs. then dispute them for age with the CRAs. The SOL for CCs in FL is 4 yrs, they cant legally sue you for the debt. Is this a CA or the original creditor. If it is a CA send them a C&D letter. Why Chat would have a better idea of what to do with a creditor.
