The mediated agreement you signed gave them the right to have the judgment entered against you. But they probably didn't do so. Check with the court clerk, giving them the case # on your papers. Find out if it was entered (I think not, otherwise it would be on your credit report) If you tell me your State and when you signed,I will let you know how long they had to actually exercise their right, and when their right expired and the judgment died with it.
