I am reposting this as my reply as posted didn't show up in the March archive. What you signed was a"consent agreement" which would have allowed the attorney to automatically have the judgment entered if you didn't fulfil whatever agreement you signed. Call the court clerk,give the case # and ask if the judgment was entered( since it is not on your credit report, I doubt the attorney ever followed up on it) Let me know your State and the date of your consent agreement. I will look up the statutes and let you know when the time was up for the judgment to be entered.
