In general, if you can PROVE the charge off date, or PROVE a prior delinquency date (that was never caught up to date with the original creditor) caselaw on reporting has followed tort law,(on SOL's for lawsuits) so CRA's are removing in the same way as post new FCRA rules.Even if you have no proof,good validation letters to CA's followed by verification letters to CRA's with requests for removal for "out of date" usually works.
