ok, it can be reported until Dec 2005. If the court shows the judgment satisfied, get a court-certified copy and send it to each of the credit bureaus that are reporting the judgment as unpaid. That should correct the judgment part.

is there another entry on your credit report, showing a chargeoff by Discover?
