They are on drugs. It is the consensus of opinion. Give them the full 30 days from the date they received your dispute. Then if you have not received an updated report, send them a letter telling them that what they sent you does not make sense, and send a copy back to them with the conflicting information highlighted, and a copy of the report with the correct DOB, and a notation that this report is correct, you already supplied the information, and you do not feel you should have to send it again. Certified RR, again. Then wait and see what they do.
