Pam mom, can I ask you what collection agency it is? if I was you, do as whay chat says, get it off your report, and get a new credit card, dont start playing these peoples games, they will trick you into saying your ready to repay, and youll get nothing from them,, citibank isnt gonna give you new credit, by paying a debt from 1995, the Ca is playing games, the reactivity date is probably the date they bought the debt from citibank,,
