I suppose that if the law isn’t on your side, you argue facts. If the facts aren’t on your side, you apparently just argue. If all else fails, resort to name calling with the hope that people will be so amused and entertained that they will forget to analyze the issue.

The issue has always been whether or not FS is considered a "creditor" or a "third party" debt collector for the purposes of the act.

Cal atty used the statute to back his/her position and you respond with name-calling???Unbelievable!
